Our Optical Store
We opened our optical shop in Kerekegyháza in August 2005 with a strong commitment to providing customer-focused, honest, and friendly full-service optical care. As our client base grew and e-commerce expanded, we launched our online store in April 2015, making over 4,000 products available to customers nationwide.
We place great value on personal interaction with our clients, as individual needs can only be met fully through direct communication. Our optical salon features a modern eye examination room equipped with advanced instruments, as well as an in-house optical workshop and laboratory.
Professional Eye Examinations and Personalized Vision Care
Our primary goal during eye examinations is to determine the most accurate correction for glasses or contact lenses, taking into account each patient's lifestyle and needs. Alongside basic monofocal prescriptions, we also offer indoor and progressive lens solutions. A breakthrough in managing myopia progression is the HOYA MIYOSMART lens, which can slow down the development of short-sightedness by up to 60%.
Each vision test includes a basic binocular function screening to assess depth perception, eye dominance, and the need for further visual therapy if required. The secondary goal of the examination is to detect potential ocular conditions, such as glaucoma, cataract, macular degeneration, vitreous floaters, or pigment lesions.
As a partner of Semmelweis University, we are a screening center for diabetic retinopathy. Using non-mydriatic fundus photography with a 45-degree wide-angle camera, we capture retinal images without pupil dilation. These are sent securely to Semmelweis University for evaluation, and the results are returned via email directly to the patient.
We also perform color vision testing using Dr. Klára Wenzel’s Colorlite method, after which we can provide custom Colorlite corrective eyewear for color vision deficiency.
